Full-Service Wedding Planning
This comprehensive wedding planning package includes consultative planning services with hands-on management and execution throughout the entire process. With the Full-Service Wedding Planning package, you get a partner to help plan the wedding of your dreams, consult with you every step of the way, and ensure that your visions gets executed flawlessly. Services include:

Initial consultation

Wedding vendor recommendations – DJ, hairstylist, florist,
caterer, venues, etc. -
Tours of potential wedding venues – up to three (3) different
locations -
Supplier searches and liaison

Schedule, coordinate, and plan with vendors

Attend vendor meetings as needed

Preparation & management of all itineraries and schedules

Wedding design assistance

Day-of wedding coordination with assistant: 8 hours on-site day

Visit to wedding venue

Unlimited hours of professional planning and consultations during the process

Develop a spreadsheet to coordinate day of schedule with all vendors

Finalize details & confirm timing with all vendors the week prior to wedding

Day-of wedding coordination with assistant: eight (8) hours on-site day of wedding

Ensure all gifts, leftover food, cake top, etc. are returned to designated person(s) after celebrations are complete
Wedding Day-of Coordination
